Personal Narrative: Mi Vida

My name is Angelica D. Gabriel. My birthday is on April 24. I am living on this world for almost 18 years. I have three other siblings they are Mark Leyden, Mark Angelo and Isaiah. I am the only daughter in our family.  Now I am currently studying at Muñoz National High School-Main as a grade 12 student under the strand of Humanities and Social Sciences. 

            About myself, I am quiet and a shy person. I don’t like getting too much attention from other people. In short I am an introvert which is not good because it gives me a hard time on befriending other people. But I am trying to overcome that especially now that I want to be a teacher. Other people always think that I am a peevish when they first met me but when you know me for a long time you’ll know that I’m not that peevish. Whenever I was with my family and friends I am very talkative but when I’m with other people that I don’t know I am very quiet. I don’t really have a lot of stories about myself. In short my life was so boring but now my life got a little bit more exciting because of my friends. 

           As a child I had a lot of dreams like becoming an Accountant but I really suck in Math or anything that is connected in it, I also dreamed of becoming a chef but I don’t know how to cook and I also dreamed of becoming a doctor but when I grow up I realized that I can’t be a doctor not because of our financial status but because I can’t stand seeing blood I mean lot of blood because it really disgusted me. Now I want to be a teacher though I’m not really sure about it because I really get irritated easily but I’m fixing that attitude of mine now, because if you want to be a teacher someday you need to have a lot of patience because lot of students are so hard to please.

           If there is one phrase that I will never forget that would be “Forget the Mistakes but Remember the Lesson” meaning if someone made or committed a mistake on you just forget about it but always remember the lesson that it taught you. Because sometimes it is the way of how life teaches us a lesson by making some mistakes. Like what others always say nobody is perfect, everyone make a mistakes.


            My favorite color is pink. My hobbies are watching Korean and Chinese dramas and reading wattpad stories and stalking my idols. Someday I want to go to South Korea, Japan and Paris. The reason why I want to go to South Korea is because I want to see my idols EXO ‘cause I’m a certified EXO-L. I also want to try travelling alone, go to places that I’ve never been before to experience something new. Because I want my life to be more exciting and more thrilling.

              My goals in life are to be a successful person, to build my dream house and to have my own luxurious car. If only one of my dream would come true I would wish for travelling the whole wide world for free from all expenses. 

                 The best part of my life as a student was when i started my Senior High School life. Because in SHS I had experienced a lots of funny and exciting things. In SHS i met my friends which I know that will last long because we sometimes had a fight but we always solve it easily. 

                  Now I'm just waiting for the graduation and my journey as a high school student will reach it's end. Sure my high school life will had it's ending but the memories i made will last 'till the end.

March is Sunflower season in CLSU. I didnt know that there are suflowers in CLSU until last year while we we're filming our project in one of our subject one of my friends told us to visit the sunflower garden in there since we are already there. At first i was surprised because I didn't expect that they had it.    This Sunflower Garden is perfect for taking selfies or groupies. and it will let you  experience the positive vibes and relaxing ambiance in the middle of the beautiful yellow sunflowers. Memoir: Being a Senior High School Student

Senior High School is a stage where we become mature and responsible teenagers. It is the stage wherein the students are trained and take a bigger challenge in life in the future. Senior High School don’t only train us but it also challenges us to be responsible and mature person because in SHS you need to be responsible in every action that you are going to do. Every action that you made has consequence/effect in the future. When I started my senior high school as a grade 11 student, I was afraid and nervous because everything was new to me. The nervousness that I felt that day was different because we we’re the first batch of Senior High School. We are the first one to experience it. New classroom, new classmates, new teachers, new subjects, new environment and everything was new.
